Maple Bear opens school in Texas, USA

Posted in Global Family / School Owners on Wednesday, February 13th, 2019

The global Maple Bear network, now 17 countries strong, is testament to the fact that the Maple Bear program works around the world no matter the country, the culture or the language. The United States is no exception.

We are pleased to announce the opening of our second school in the United States: Maple Bear Justin Road in Lewisville, Texas.

Justin Road will focus on Spanish bilingual education

Justin Road is a rapidly growing area in Dallas Fort Worth (DFW) with highly educated parents who are looking for the best education for their children. There is a keen interest in the early acquisition of Spanish language skills. So with this in mind, Maple Bear Justin Road will be focusing on Spanish bilingual education.

Maple Bear’s priority has always been to provide the best possible environment for learning. The Justin Road school has five large classrooms and two smaller classrooms to accommodate up to 96 children upholding excellent child to adult ratios. Programs will be offered for a wide range of ages: from infant to toddler to junior kindergarten, as well as an after-school program for children up to 12 years old.

Maple Bear brings global experience to the community

Janel Villegas is the DFW Area Manager and has worked with Maple Bear in the past in Dubai. She is so excited to introduce Maple Bear to her home community.

“Maple Bear is a big school with a small community feel. It’s big because of its world-renowned education with over 35,000 students, and operating in 17 countries, such as in Brazil, Eastern Europe, Singapore, and South Korea. It has a small community feel because Maple Bear provides centres that are personalized to each community’s needs,” says Janel.

The international experience that Maple Bear has is what brings significant and exclusive benefits to every local school we operate in.

“Maple Bear can do this better than anyone else because they are continually refining best-practices, and because they exceed the criteria of governments, parents and students from all over the world,” says Janel.

Welcome Maple Bear Justin Road to our growing international family.
