Maple Bear Global Schools Expands to the Czech Republic
In September 2024, Maple Bear proudly expanded its presence into the Czech Republic by opening two new schools: the first Maple Bear Kindergarten in Olomouc and the first Maple Bear Elementary School in Brno.

Maple Bear Brno Elementary School offers a bilingual immersion education, seamlessly integrating English and Czech into the learning experience. It provides a solid foundation in both languages while fostering critical thinking, creativity, and a love for learning. The school caters to students from zero (known as Senior Kindergarten in Canada) to first grade, with plans for future expansion.
Maple Bear Kindergarten Olomouc offers an enriching preschool education for children aged 3 to 6. This kindergarten emphasizes bilingual immersion, ensuring that young learners are exposed to both English and Czech in a nurturing and stimulating environment. In 2025, the kindergarten will expand to include an elementary school.
Both Maple Bear schools are dedicated to delivering high-quality education rooted in the Canadian curriculum. Maple Bear is excited to be part of the educational landscape in the Czech Republic and looks forward to nurturing young minds in these vibrant communities.
And this is just the beginning. Expansion plans for the Czech Republic include 15 additional schools next year.
